Sayyid Tarik bin Taimur Cultural Complex

The Sayyid Tarik bin Taimur Cultural Complex is a national project that reinforces the position of culture and knowledge as fundamental pillars of development. The complex brings together a range of cultural and knowledge institutions that contribute to the preservation of the national heritage, support research and knowledge, and broaden the scope of cultural and artistic participation. It also provides specialised facilities for hosting cultural, literary and artistic events and activities, thereby contributing to the development of national talent and the enrichment of the Omani cultural scene. The project forms part of efforts aimed at building a knowledge-based society, strengthening national identity and consolidating the role of culture as one of the drivers of sustainable development.
